Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation procedures may be performed for any number of reasons aside from seeking larger breasts - although that is the most common goal for the majority of women. Life events like pregnancy and breast feeding as well as normal aging can take a toll on the body which leads some women to seek breast augmentation to help firm up. In other cases breast augmentation may be for reconstructive purposes, or even to correct symmetry problems.

Like any medical procedure, any person seeking breast augmentation should take the time to explore their options, be well informed, and seek the advice of a qualified medical professional.

As you will see, the modern silicone gel implant (the Natrelle® implant), even when cut in half, maintains its shape and silicone does not leak from the implant. These implants are a popular choice for Long Island breast enlargement surgery.
